Engagements Gone Bad
Should an engagement ring be returned to the groom if the wedding is called off or ends early?
Generally, yes. I think the engagement ring's acceptance acknowledges intent to actually marry the giver. If that isn't going to happen, give it back. Once married, the ring belongs to the bride. Maybe that's just me... As far as Kim K., well...frankly, who cares?
